This is a beautifully calm, hands-on workshop designed for those who are ready to breathe, create and reconnect with themselves. No agenda. No performance. Just you, your hands in the sand, and 90 minutes of genuine stillness.

You'll build your own coastal-inspired beach terrarium — layering sand, shells, plants and natural elements into something quietly beautiful to take home. It's meditative, it's creative, and it's exactly the kind of reset your nervous system has been asking for.

• Mondays 10th, 17th & 24th August — 12:00pm–1:30pm or 6:30pm–8:00pm
• Thursdays 13th, 20th & 27th August — 12:00pm–1:30pm or 6:30pm–8:00pm
• Saturdays 15th & 29th August — 10:30am–12:00pm
