With the hustle and bustle December brings, as the year is drawing to a close, there is no more powerful act than choosing yourself. Self Love is a warm, candlelit space to come home to yourself — with compassion, kindness and grace.

The fourth workshop in the Freedom Through Energy series explores the themes of compassion, kindness and choosing yourself. This is your invitation to release the year that has been, honour how far you have come and wrap yourself in the gentle energy of self-love before the new year begins.
