The fifth workshop in the Freedom Through Energy series explores the themes of authenticity, boundaries and self-expression. January is a time of fresh starts and quiet intentions, and this workshop invites you to begin the year by honouring who you truly are and what you truly need.

No experience of crystals, meditation or breathwork is needed. This is a safe, supportive space for complete beginners and those returning to their practice. Your voice matters — and this is your space to use it.
