The third workshop in the Freedom Through Energy series explores the themes of confidence, courage and trusting yourself. As the nights draw in and November asks us to turn inward, this is your space to reconnect with the quiet power that has always lived within you.

No experience of crystals, meditation or breathwork is needed. This is a safe, supportive space for complete beginners and those returning to their practice. You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to show up.
