The seventh and final workshop in the Find Your Freedom Through Energy series explores the themes of new beginnings, intention and growth, guided by the clear, amplifying energy of Clear Quartz. This is your invitation to look ahead with hope, set meaningful intentions and create a beautiful keepsake that symbolises everything you are ready to bloom into.

No experience of crystals, meditation or breathwork is needed. This is a welcoming, inclusive space for complete beginners and those returning to their practice. Spring is here — and so are you.
